    Collection N°5

    Spring/Summer 018

    This Spring/Summer 2018, Drôle de Monsieur releases “Collection N°5.” Like previous seasons’ collections, contemporary streetwear styles are infused with a retro aesthetic.
    This latest collection by Drôle de Monsieur features track jackets and pants, paneled shirts, windbreakers, functional hoodies, graphic sweatshirts and t-shirts, polos, and caps. To create an easy-to-wear wardrobe, the entire collection has been designed in monochromatic tones. Each piece is made from high-quality luxury fabrics, such as Japanese satins, Italian knits, French woven fabrics, Canadian fleeces, and Korean technical fabrics.

    Each season, the designers draw inspiration from childhood memories that continue to play in their minds—such as scenes from old movies and images of the now vintage clothing they once wore—and infuse these with a modern attitude.

    In the Fall/Winter of 2017, Drôle Monsieur released “Collection N°4;” a collection of warm seasonal pieces that combine form, function, and comfort.
    Influenced by a retro aesthetic, this collection of contemporary streetwear styles featured printed hoodies and crewneck sweaters, fleece jackets, anoraks, puffer coats, and cropped track pants.

    Pre-fall 017

    On June 11th, Drôle de Monsieur released its “Cruise Collection.” Featuring the label’s new logo, a colorful palette, and classic designs, this collection of track jackets, hoodies, shirts, pants, and caps captured the spirit of 1990s streetwear. Expanding upon its iconic monochromatic color schemes and minimalistic designs, this collection introduced a new line to showcase DDM’s passion for vintage fashion and contemporary style.

    Spring/Summer 017

    For Spring/Summer 2017, Drôle de Monsieur began a new chapter when they released their “Entre beige et gris” (“Somewhere between beige and gray”) Collection to showcase the designers’ unisex vision. The collection featured monochromatic tones of beige and gray, and accents of burgundy and yellow. Comprising 22 designs, the range included mock-neck shirts, oversized jackets, caps, hoodies, t-shirts, and bottoms of various styles.

  • Anniversary

    Capsule 016

    To celebrate its second anniversary, French-based label Drôle de Monsieur released a capsule collection of five designs, including the limited-edition all-white now iconic “Not from Paris, Madame” sweatshirt, a favorite at Paris fashion week SS14.
    The campaign for this collection was shot at Wissant beach in the North of France.

  • Collection N°2

    Fall/Winter 016

    Following the success of the previous season’s “Entre bleu et beige” (“Somewhere between blue and beige”) Collection, Drôle de Monsieur released its Fall/Winter collection 2016. This new chapter was entitled “Entre noir et gris” (“Somewhere between black and gray”). A monochromatic collection, it featured shades of black and gray, and was punctuated with pops of burgundy and retro pinstripes.
